Inspired by @arborhk's very first dessert that was made of soy milk, crispy beancurd sheets, salted duck egg yolks and candied black souls beans, @eric.raty wanted to create a new dessert with similar flavour profile in a different form.

And that's why we get the 𝗦𝗼 𝗠𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗼𝘆 meringue "cookie" here!

Made with kinako (Japanese roasted soy bean flour), crispy black soy beans and filled with Fukuoka sashimi soy sauce butter crème, salted duck egg yolks and candied black soy beans.

This add-on item will literally make you go, "oh, 𝗦𝗼 𝗠𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗼𝘆!" when you eat it.

It's soy good. 😌 Do yourself a favour and add this to your afternoon tea experience.
